My Mom Is Sick, Also a Review

Yea, it kinda sucks and I have to do most things around our house now since my brother is useless. I'll just do a quick review of one of the greatest games I have ever played.

It is AUDIOSURF!

Yes, this game is so very very fun and I bought it as soon as I saw a video of it on Youtube.

I love these kinda of games and support Indie game developers like this (please tell me if what I just said was wrong). Anyhoo, buy this game, it's only 10 dollars on Steam

Wayyyyyy To Much Trouble...

The Blogger website was doing some crap and I couldn't remember my password or something like that so I had to reset it and blah, blah, blah. I'll update here soon, I hope I won't have to do any of that stuff again, it was a pain in the butt.

Rez

I have played this game and it is fun, it was originally for the Dreamcast (and PS2, but the PS2 sucks so who cares), but sense the Dreamcast was discontinued early and didn't gain much popularity, sales were down and it had to stop being made. That sucks....at least I have one though =D

I'm not sure what is going on in this game other than it takes place is cyberspace, so here is a fresh plate of copy-pasta for you.

"The game is set in futuristic computer "supernetwork" called the K-project where much of the data flow is controlled by an AI named Eden. Eden has become overwhelmed with the amount of knowledge gathered on the network, causing her to doubt her existence and enter a shutdown sequence, which would create catastrophic problems everywhere should she be able to complete this. The player plays the protagonist hacker, logging into the K-project system to reboot Eden while destroying any viruses or firewalls that happen to inhibit progress, and analyzing other sub-areas of the network to gain access to Eden's location. The K-Project name and much of the game's visual and synesthesia inspiration comes from the Russian painter Wassily Kandinsky, whereas the Rez name was inspired by the Underworld track of the same name."

I love wikipedia...I also love games that have a huge story-line that you can only find out online because the game tells nothing about the story....

Also, Rez HD came out a couple weeks ago on the Xbox Live Arcade...Not buying it though because I already have this.

Nothing Going On...

There doesn't seem to be much going on in my life so that is why there are no updates. To satisfy you, here is a funny picture off of the internet.

The Super Bowl

I don't know what people see in it, especially this one. Giants vs. Patriots. Pshh...Boring teams because one is super good and the other...I don't know how they got here.

Hopefully the commercials will be good, but they seem to be getting worse every year D=

Oh well, at least there is good food =D

Project64 is back online!

Hurray! Project64's online netplay has been down for a bit because the Kaillera server is going down. Anti-3D has picked up the netplay so that we can now play our favorite Nintendo 64 games with more than just people at our house. Here is how to get Project 64 online.

1. Download Project64k
2. Get a ROM file (a game), I don't care how you do it. This could be illegal on how you get it, just do not ask me for a place to go to. If you actually own the game and then you download the ROM file, then I believe this is legal because it's technically a backup which is fine. I don't entirely know though so just don't ask me to give you a ROM or a place to download a ROM, just Google search it.
3. Open the folder that has all the stuff you downloaded with the Project64 stuff and open Project64k, not Project64.
4. Go to file, then choose ROM directory and then search for the folder that has your ROM
5. Go to Options->Configure Controller Plugins to configure the buttons that you want to use. I personally use an Adaptoid so I can use a real Nintendo64 controller while playing...They don't make these anymore though D=
6. Go to File->Start Netplay and choose a server to go onto and have some fun.

If you want to challenge me or anyone on the forum, just go to the Project 64 Online Thread in the Video Game section of the forum.

Review: Mass Effect

Well, this game's graphics are so great and detailed that it takes about 5 seconds after the game has loaded for all the textures to be filled in and even this not all of the textures are loaded.

The game play it great, Knights of the Old Republic mixed with a 3rd person shooter. It has incorporated a great game with a different style and succeeded very well.

Graphics- 10/10 (would have gained more, but it takes to long for the textures to load)
Gameplay-9/10 (would have been 10/10, but there is 1 major problem *see below*)
Sound- 9/10- I would have given it a 10, but I don't think Aliens that speak perfect English and don't have an accent at all is a bit weird and kinda annoyed me throughout the game.
Balance (easy/hard)- The normal setting is well...normal, you die sometimes, but when you know what to do, you can plan ahead and do it easily.

*The major problem is that occasionally when you go to an edge and when to try to walk away, you start glitching and you can't move and you have to revert to the nearest saved point <_<
